The GDDG (Greenwich Cricket District Development Group) is a partnership of cricket interests in and around the Royal Borough of Greenwich. The GDDG is supported by the Royal Borough of Greenwich, Capital Kids Cricket and Chance to Shine. Our goal is that every boy and girl, aged 5-15, can get involved in our wonderful game and develop their skills through coaching and competitive fixtures.

We are supported by the Kent Cricket Board and form a vital cog in the Board’s aim to get youngsters of all abilities involved in Cricket and to understand the discipline and respect that involvement in a team sport demands. Cricket training also improves the general fitness levels of the junior population.

Anyone taking part in a GDDG course or receiving coaching in a Greenwich school will be offered the chance to join one of the junior clubs for further coaching and the opportunity to play competitive colts cricket in the North Kent Junior League.
